낙천적인 해적 캡틴은 수 십년째 해온 해적생활에서 '올해의 해적상'을 받고 싶어 신청서를 접수 하러 간 블러드 섬에서 다른 해적들의 비웃음 거리만 되고 만다. 우승을 위해 캡틴은 열심히 해적질을 하지만 계속 허탕을 치게 되고 우여곡절 끝에 해적들을 증오하는 빅토리아 여왕이 있는 런던에 도착하게 되는데...
